Punta Cana is a quaint resort town, which is located along the island of Dominican Republic. It is a golfer’s paradise since it comprises of eleven courses, which situated along the strips. When I scouted around the internet to check the density of population of Punta Cana, I found that more than fifty thousand people inhabit this island.

During my first visit to Punta Cana, I preferred to visit this beach since they offer a multitude of basic amenities. It is also located just stone’s throw away from the Punta Cana. This serene beach also houses a bar nearby which serves sparkling cocktails and wines.

I hired a cab from the Bavaro Beach and head straight to the Horse Play tours at Punta Cana. It is actually a package tour where you will be able to get familiar with the culture, history and traditions of the Dominicans. After an exciting horseback riding, I took a break and sat down at a nearby restaurant to savor some authentic cuisines.
Hispaniola Aquatic Adventures:
Later, I decided to have some fun at the Hispaniola Aquatic Adventures by indulging in recreational activities like snorkeling. They even offered private packaged tours which include refreshments, pick-up and drop facilities to and from the hotel.
One of the ideal ways to witness the charm and beauty of Punta Cana’s landscape is by exploring Hoyo Azul. It is actually a sinkhole containing fresh water. They even organize tours led by some of the professional guides of Punta Cana.

Indigenous Eyes Ecological Park, which is a highly restricted area, is currently owned and operated by the Ecological Foundation of Punta Cana. It is a luxurious resort, which spreads over an area of about 15,000 acres of land. Eminent businessmen named Frank Raineri commissioned it back in the year 1969. Some of the basic facilities offered by this resort include more than one-hundred and thirty rooms over-looking the sea. They also offer recreational activities including wind surfing, scuba diving, water-skiing and snorkeling.
